I purchased a heat pad Flemingo orthopaedic heat belt from Amazone in Sept. 2020 within 5 months the switch is not working .I tried to contacy customer care number and therir web site, inform them about this on 17th Feb.2021 but they are not responding. I THINK THIS A FAKE COMPANY NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR PRODUCT PERFORMANCE AND ALSO NOT BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINS. VERY VERY BAD AND WORTHLESS COMPANY. NOBODY SHOULD PURCHASE THEIR ANY PRODUCT.
