My mother has invested one lakh rupees. Ans :Not individuals capacity to followup the credibility of halal business. Hence to believe is the only choice we all have after some case study.
The people who invested are of two types.
A . They who feared Allah and supported the cause of halal business, as they were unable to do this all by themselves.
B. They who dont care halal or haram but of quick money.
2) Is this a SCAM?
Ans: A company does not need to wait for 15 years to scam. Moreover spreading its branches across continents. Runaway options were always on the table. NOT USED. Hence the intentions looked clean and for the people.
3) Impact Return of investments:
Ans: First fact check -The directors did not RUN as a fugitive.
** The company still functions
** The employee’s still support the fundamentals of company’s objectives
Impact aren’t severe as propogated:
** Some received and hence still are supporters
** Many did not and running out on patience. Hence impatiently filed cases a desperate attempt to get quick money.
Rest still believes that Allah will not their hopes down as they did halal business. It’s a wait and watch issue.

Dont panic, Normally investing Money in Business is risk but we have invested in the way of Sharia definitely it will return is some way By allah’s Grace, as my understanding with speaking with Heara group after the GST most of the companies have been affected in aligning and streamlining and assigning the product code and some companies have closed due to recent implement of GST. I am confidently says that Heera will not do it started for the benefit of this Umma and it will definitely give the credit back to its customer, we are facing challenges from this government to provide documents and we are submitting the required document once the problem is rectified, we will give your credit inshallah. I request to be patient on this. I don’t mistake as Ms. Now hira has been detained, those who do good they have been detained from the world created this is conscience of the god.

Customer care number is not working that is the main concern and investors are able to know what is going on in background. Not received profit from June. However I got SMS from heera group that they will distribute profit in the month of August and now received message that they will distribute profit in the month of September. It is one way communication. If investors want to talk then they are not able to speak because some numbers are not working and the numbers which are working, call can’t be picked up by executives. This shows that they are hiding something from investors.

This is fake investment company to be honest. This companies doesn’t require advertisement for investors, as the agents advertise this companies, my family members are also investor. I had told them not to invest bust still they invested.

After 2 months (20/5/2018), I contacted heera gold more than 40 to 50 times with different numbers but the number is busy and nobody pick up the phone also. After several try somebody pick up the phone. I told them, I want to talk to your manager (or) team leader but they reply to me nobody is here. I told him give me name of your manager (or) team leader name (or) cell number, they reply to me, I don’t have an authority to give name and number of manager. After some arguments he reply to me, your fund will be transfer on 30/5/2018. After 10 days, I called to heera gold after several try somebody pick up phone they reply to me your scheme has changed now your payment will get on July 2018. Today is 06/08/2018. I call more than 100 times in a day. They are not answering a call and number is busy. Why your executive is not answering call and why they are giving false date to customer like you will receive your payment so and so date what is going on. If your are successfully company you should return our money. From your side, I want proper response and reply to me as soon as possible.

I am trying to call India but their call center number is not working. I am in Dubai and called Dubai office and inquired they said its due to technical issue but I am not satisfied with their answer and it seems something is going wrong with this company.
