  1. I have not received loan amount yet, but you said that 1 working day.

  2. Please provide me the details of full and final settlement of Rs.1899/- p.m. against Account Number 3801354XXX early as possible. I deposit Rs.400/- extra amount against installment. Please adjust Rs.400/- from my last installment then final amount of Rs. 1499/- as per commitment of terms & condition.

  3. I need a NOC for my loan because I want a loan from my bank and they want the NOC. So please provide the NOC. My loan number is 3708330186.

    Dear Sir,
    Home Credit India Finance (P) Ltd.,
    I am your customer. My installment is Rs. 1397.00 p.m. for 6 months.
    As per your rep. my installments are to be paid through ECS from my SBI a/c, but the above amount is not deducted from my account by 29th November 2016, there is sufficient amount in my a/c.
    So, I will not pay for any late payment or penalty because this not my fault.
    Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

  19. I purchased a phone with EMI(Home Credit). My contract id is 3511514259. I have paid my Emi Online from other account, because previous account has been blocked.
    My transaction id is 585706602. Please check and please update it on urgent basis. I have also mailed for regarding this on care[AT]homecredit.co.in

      ** Be 19 years of age as on the date of loan application
      ** Be a salaried professional/ have a business income or should be drawing a pension
      ** Have a current residential address in an area of Home Credit India’s operations
      ** Hold at least two valid documents to prove identity and current address,
