I am taking treatment, since I fell down &no bone fracture on 13/07/2016 &went to neuro foundation hospital,Salem from 18/07/2016,till date.
Diognosis : Ocular Myasthenia (SERO POSITIVE )
SERUM,RIA investigations Blood test, Thyroid test, Electrical shock test, were taken place in the hospital. I am having all the receipts &Doctor’s prescriptions for all the medicines I consumed from 18/07/ 2016. I could not contact you due to my poor daily performance ,weakness &ailing from so much body pain. Even I could not talk to anybody. Kindly advise me, how I can send my claim bill for reimbursement. It is very much genuine case. Please help me Once in a month. I have to go to hospital for review &obtain fresh consultation & need to check with medicines to be purchased. Expecting Bharti AXA gi to render full service without wasting my time.
