The Service staff of your company is not providing ethical service, they are charging for service even within warranty period, I purchased a open well pump (kosi), in the month of July, after complaint registration, one guy visited to our place and provide us the address of workshop where we can get repaired our pump. I am not able to understand, while pump is under warranty period why they are saying to pay for repairing. I think they are doing illegal.
