Shipping & Delivery :
** Damilano ships to almost all parts of India. Orders placed upto 2:00PM IST on any day is processed next day.
** We ship 6 days of the week. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays.
** Our Standard Shipping time is upto 15 working days.If it is a remote location then extra delivery charges may apply.

International Shipping :
** We do not currently offer international shipping options. Special requests can be handled with prior confirmations.

Tracking Packages :
** If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email.
** If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder.
** Tracking may not appear online for upto 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates in on their website.

Non Availability on Delivery :
** Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse.
** Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.

Proof on Delivery :
** For some delivery locations & for some high value products, our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the good.

Da-Milano 15 Day Exchange Policy :
Terms & Conditions :
** Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product within 24 hours of delivery.
** All products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact, packaging and invoice.

** Postage and charges for return of these will borne by the customer or you can reach to our nearest store for the exchange.
** All exchange requests will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse
** It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequate packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

** The defective/damaged item sent for replacement must be received within 10 days of delivery to claim the replacement.
** Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges on any sale, opened or used products.
** We regret that our sales facility is not currently available to our customers outside of India.
