Return Policy
At Medlife.com, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept returns for orders, if:
** you’ve received an item(s) that does not match your order
** the item(s) were damaged in transit or shortage (delivery of such order to be refused at doorstep)
** the item(s) is due to expire within 3 months where the shelf life of the item is more than 3 months
** the patient has developed any allergies after taking the medication and the doctor has prescribed another medicine, the medicines can be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
Note:
If you notice the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order. If you could not check that the order is damaged at the time of delivery, raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by calling us at 1860 1234 1234.Replacement for the damaged item (s) is subject to availability in stock. In absence of a replacement, a refund will be issued.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
** Items being returned should only be in their original manufacturer’s packaging i.e. with labels, bar-code.
** Only fully unused strips/bottles can be returned
** Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the sales invoice
** Original sales invoice has to be returned for processing returns and refunds.
We do not accept returns in following scenarios:
** Partially used strips, opened bottles cannot be returned.
** Products which require specific storage conditions (temperature controlled) cannot be returned (vials, injections, vaccines, penfills, etc)
** Products which have expired post purchase.

Refunds for Lab Services:
If you’ve placed an order for our lab/diagnostic services, you may cancel it anytime two hours before your scheduled sample collection. If payments are directly made to the service providers for diagnostic purposes, any claims that arise must be made to the chosen service provider, as Medlife and its representatives are only facilitators.
If you’ve made a payment to Medlife.com, refund will be processed for requests raised with three (3) days of order request placed.
Returns and Refunds for Third Party Affiliate Orders:
Return and refund requests for orders placed by our third-party affiliates will be addressed by the respective affiliate. Please contact them for any claim that may arise. Medlife will not be liable for refunds for the payments initiated through third party affiliates.

I have been associated with you since more than 2 years.I observe that now a days you use to take too long time to deliver medicines--more than 12-15 days.My place is ina prominent place in a district headquarter.I order the medicines not for fun but for life saving.IF I receive this type of treatment,alas I have no oftion but to shift othermedicine store.
I also know that you willnot respond to my complaint.

THE PROCESS OF ORDERING/ REQUESTS FOR CHANGES/ VERIFICATION OF PRESCRIPTION SHOULD BE CHANGED A LOT. I AM USING THIS FACILITY SINCE MORE THAN 5 MONTHS AND I AM OKAY WITH DELIVERY ETC., BUT UPLOADING REQUEST CHANGE FACILITY ETC, TO BE UPGRADED. YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CALL CENTER PEOPLE INSTEAD OF SAYING SOME EXCUSE /SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ETC., TELL THE SOLUTION AND GET THE CUSTOMER SATISFIED BY FASTER DELIVERY ETC. GENERALLY WHILE BOOKING ITSELF THE SYSTEM SHOULD ALERT THAT YOU NEED ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION, BUT LATELY THEY ARE SKING WHILE PROCESSING WHICH MAKES THE DELIVERY DELAYED BY 2 (OR) 3 DAYS. EVEN FOR REORDER OF THE SAME MEDICINES AND SAME DOCTOR ASKING AGAIN AND AGAIN. COLLECTION OF PRESCRIPTION SHOULD BE IN TIME OTHERWISE THE PATIENT TO DELAY IN STARTING MEDICINE. YOUR DOCTORS CALLING FOR VERIFICATION BUT THEY ARE ASKING SIMPLY NAME AND HAVE YOU ORDERED THE XX MEDICINES. THIS NEED NOT BE DONE BY DOCTORS INSTEAD YOU VERIFY THE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED IS A REGISTERED MEDICAL PRACTITIONER SO THAT YOU CAN FIND FAKE DOCTORS ALSO.
Worst Medlife, I had ordered medicines on 6th October 2018 for 4 & half K; it promised to give delivery by 2-3 days, but today is 13th October. Still no sign of delivery, It is such a shame playing with patient's health. The CC is so slow, it takes 30 minutes to tell about your complaint. I advice patients not to buy any medicine from medlife.
The delivery agents are very rude and gives an impression that the customers are at his mercy. This attitude is to be snubbed. Twice I had bitter experience with the courier agent.
Not a reliable organisation.They do not deliver the medicines as per the request of the customers. Customers are to be ready as and when they want to deliver the medicines which is not customer friendly. When order is placed, it will be cancelled on their own without any reason. It shows their negative attitude to the customers and it seems that they are under impression that the customers are at their mercy.
Order Number ORA7838YN-001A, has confirmed on 4th October 2018, payment has made on 6th October, despite of repeated changing of delivery date, it has not delivered till 12th October 2018. Neither delivering the medicine nor refunding the excess claim amount despite of given several complaint and remember over phone and mail. What is going on? Such kind of poor response is not appreciated.
I had cancelled my order but I have received the below pasted copy of your message of delivery. My wallet money of ₹200/- is not adjusted against my bill number OR2606yS-001A for ₹486.54 Though assured money to be refunded within 7 days. Already 15 days has expired. Nothing is done so far.This is my 4th reminder.

Worst CSD team, not taking any action to return my fifty trips of accucheck. They are not interested to help customer. Can I get higher authority contact number so that I can express my problem relating refund case. Worst return policy.
Most worst online medicine supplier, one should not order medicine at medlife, due to their mis representation, late supply and commitment.
Very irresponsible staff, I got only half of the medicines from what I ordered. Very slow service too. Pharmeasy is a much faster service.
