How do I pay for a product purchase?
We offer you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Internet Banking and Cash on Delivery to make your purchase. We also accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.

What is Cash on Delivery?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on our Portal, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

Is there a purchase limit for a Cash on Delivery purchase?
Yes, Cash on Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 50,000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Debit Card/Credit Card.

What are delivery Charges?
Delivery charges are applicable to all products. Product price and delivery charge will be shown separately on the product page. Below is the delivery charge for different price slabs (based on Product Selling Price):
Sales Price < 1500: INR 51
3,000 > Sales Price > 1500: INR 101
10,000 > Sales Price > 3,000: INR 151
Sales Price >=10,000: INR 301

All Value-Added Services will be on chargeable basis (E.g. Next Day Delivery (NDD), Same Day Delivery (SDD), Gift Wrapping)

What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?
The day we will attempt to deliver your order, we will notify you via an SMS. Additionally, we will call you if we are unable to locate your address.

I was not at home when the courier person tried to deliver the order. How can I get my order now?
The field executive will make no less than 3 attempts to deliver your order at your address. If you wish the order to be delivered at a preferred time or later date, please coordinate the same with the field executive/ courier person, when he gets in touch with you

If we fail to deliver your order after 3 attempts, the product(s) will return to us and your order will automatically get cancelled. Refund, if applicable will then be initiated within 4-5 business days

What is ezmall.com Return/Exchange policy?
ezmall.com offers a 7 DAYS free Return & Replacement from the date of delivery of the product.
We do not accept partial return or replacement.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
To confirm cancellation of your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.

Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

  • I am from Delhi. I ordered one item from ezmall with suborder no 5119704 (order no 7092278) on 26.12.2021. Payment was done through online. They scheduled the delivery by 02.01.2021. But it is not delivered yet. Since then i inquired to them multiple times but every time they were giving different-different reasons. There reasons are not matching with their own statements. It means they do not know that where is my product. Today, i called them and they said that it will take 5 days more to deliver but they are not saying with confidence. They don't know that what will happen if it is not deliver within 5 more days. Being a consumer i am being fed up from Ezmall.

  • I ordered walnuts from ezmall. They show the halves and good quality walnuts on TV but when the order came they were broken. They are misleading the customers before placing the order, they talk very politely but during complain they do not corporate at all.

  • AWB# 1371518749086, I requested to replace shoes with larger size on 4th October till now I didn't get any response from EZmall, and whenever I call customer service, supervisor Suman Sharma from Delhi NCR, has been lying me from last 10 days she is a useless not ready to help at all and giving wrong information, my process in consumer court is already started against her and EZ mall. Another supervisor Anupam Sharma, he also useless, please terminate both supervisor simply you people giving salary to them, you wasted my 3 leaves and my money.

    I have complained to Gati about the delay as also about the unprofessional conduct of the 'delivery staff'. Complaint # CS 144902 REFERS.
