• I am the paying fee regularly but no service. Your service personnel is very very careless. I have been complaining almost everyday but no action. You are loosing your credibility day by day. Please do the needful.

• I am very old customer having membership number 033646. This month no one came to collect the monthly charges and since 5th January 2019, the connection is dead. I tried to contact customer care number 6747191111, but no one lifted. I have booked my complaint, but no one visited us till date. Can I take it that my connection has been disconnected?

• I want to discontinue your cable TV as your services are very bad. I am regular subscriber since 2015 and regularly all my dues. My subscription number is 01453104. I have told them regularly about my complaints and nobody cares.

• Now Z News is free channel. Your customer care is unaware. Ristey & Colors are not available. No of free channels 47. What are those?

• My broad band service is blinking. When I browse, web page is not available and message is displaying. Complain has been lodged but I am getting massage on mobile that my problem had been resolved. That is purely fake. Kindly don't serve like this.

• I have taken the connection on 10.8.16 with Rs 200 pack in which Nat. Geo is there. But this channel is not coming. I am from Nayagarh. Please advice.

• Since last 15 days 2nd set up box is not working. Nobody is responding to problem. I just want to disconnect cable service.

I am suffering more problem, kindly refund my advance payment & we are going to continue TATA Sky connection.

• Not getting colors channel for the past one month.

• How to subscribe a channel?

• Why business channel are not telecasting in ROURKELA(Zee business,CNBC AWAZ,NDTV PROFIT,CNBC TV-18)? How do we get these channels?

• Your Raipur centre is irresponsive. Nobody picks up the call and if personally visited, nobody attends. Customers get only vague reply. There is no boss in your Raipur centre. I do not want to continue with this status. Your raipur landline numbers are also appears out of order.
