Cancellation and Refund Policy :
** Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
** We request you to produce Identification proof (ID card, Driving License, or Adhar Card.) at the time of Check-In for every individual.

Early Check in Charges:
** Check in before 06.00 AM will be charged for one additional day.
** Check in between 06.00 AM and 09.00 AM will be charged Early Check in Charges amounting 50% of room tariff

Amendments/cancellation :
** Before 48 Hrs prior to check in date – Nil
Between 24 to 48 Hrs of check in date: – 50% amount will be deducted of room charge(Deposit)
Before 24 Hrs of check in date: – 100% amount will be deducted of room charge(Deposit)

Cancellations :
The cancellation or amendment should be intimated through mail: – guestrelations AT hotelmaitreyas.com

Reservation holding period :
** We follow a 09.00 AM check in / checkout cycle as this facilitates us to serve you better.
** However in case of your non-arrival at the designated time we shall hold your reservation for up to 2 hours.

** At the end of 2 hours, we consider that you are not arriving and release your reservation.
** Therefore, kindly let us know about any delay in your arrival to the hotel or any amendments to your reservation at the earliest.

** We request you to carry this letter at the time of check in.
** Please let us know, if there are any changes in your travel plans, So that we can make sure you do not face any inconveniences.
** We will be looking forward to welcome your guest.
