How can I find out about the delivery charges?
We have an army of delivery folks who work very hard to get your package to you. They’re prompt, they’re reliable, they’re awesome. So, in the unlikely event that you do have to pay a delivery charge, you’ll find out about it when you check out. And our awesome logistics team will deliver it to you.
Do you deliver internationally?
We don’t deliver internationally at the moment. Maybe in the future, though. Right now, you can place your orders from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is in India.
Why does the delivery time vary from seller to seller?
Why, indeed. The delivery time depends upon the availability of that product, and the handling time for the seller and courier partner. We’ll show you the estimated delivery time on the product page, right after you enter your PIN Code.
When can I get my order if it says ‘Out-for-delivery’?
You can start celebrating already! When the order status says ‘Out-for-delivery’, it means that things are in full swing and we’re trying to get it delivered to you on the same day. We’ll also keep you posted via SMS.
Can I cancel only part of my order?
Of course, you can! You don’t have to let go of everything in your cart. Before the item(s) of your order have reached the shipping stage, you can select them individually in the ‘Order History’ tab and cancel them.
When can I cancel my order?
Make sure you cancel your order before it has been shipped. That’s the only way we can refund the full amount you’ve spent
What is the time-period within which I can return a product?
For apparel and other non-electronic products, initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the product. We can’t accept return requests after that, and we’d hate to let you down. For electronics and appliances, you can return the product within 7 days only in case of product received defective, damaged or not working when reviewed. In case of post usage defect, manufacturer warranty can be claimed through their authorized service center for assistance/fixing the product.
When are returns not possible?
** We don’t want you to settle with something you don’t like. But there are certain products we can’t take back.
Here are some of them :
** Innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies and swimsuits
** Perfumes, personal and beauty care products
** Products that have already been used or installed
** Products that have been tampered with or are missing serial numbers
** Personalized/engraved items
** Heads up! We can only accept returns within the first 30 days (for non-electronic items) of you having received the product for the first time. So make sure you do it as soon as you can.

I am unable to place a return request in spite of repeated attempts. It's really annoying.

Sorry to say, your products are excellent but when we return the product for some reason, we never got refund back. Customer care is not helpful at all.

I am unable to login as I wanted to return the goods which I have received the faulty, I have received the call from electronics team, they have said that you keep the faulty unit, we will transfer the cash within three working days in the pallet, and I am unable to activate my ID. How to process further? Kindly advise us.
