I am from Chicago, USA. As per me customer support team doing excellent job. I haven't seen any support team this much helpful. I want to drop feed back via email. Can you please let us know the email address for sending feed back?
These people do not receive any calls. Always it says busy. No customer service is available here. Getting no reply over the raised query.
Unable to contact customer care. Toll free number saying to be invalid and calls on other numbers are not responded. Mailed for a folio to be mapped. No reply or progress since last week. Awaiting updates.

I wish to bring to you notice that the documents requesting for CAN registration ( Ref No. 4569)and KYC documents were submitted through courier to your good office on 25th May 2016 and I have not received any acknowledgement in this regard yet.
Please let me know how long does it usually take to get CAN & KYC allotted.
