On 3rd January 2018, I have made two online Purchase transactions in MIRAE ASSET INDIA OPPORTUNITIES FUND DIRECT PLAN - GROWTH Folio number 7999542896.
For the first transaction of Rs. 150000, I received the email and SMS Confirmation from MIRAE ASSET. For the second transaction of Rs. 100000, I got email and SMS Confirmation from SBI at 9.50 AM, but no intimation from MIRAE ASSET. MIRAE ASSET Mutual Fund website might have some problem hence the "sorry this site can't be reached" appeared on the screen. I have immediately sent the email complaints with bank statement attachment to both SBI and at MIRAE ASSET before 10 AM on 3rd January 2018. Please check your email records.
Surprisingly, on 10 January 2018, I received the SMS and email from MIRAE ASSET with attachment of account statement
For the transaction of Rs. 150000 unit allotment is made with NAV of 3rd January 2018 while for Rs. 100000 unit allotment is made with NAV of 5rd January 2018. I am unable to understand from where 5th January 2018 has come. Even on MIRAE ASSET website for this transaction date mentioned is 3rd January 2018 and I confirm the transaction time was 9.50 AM.
