Shipping Policy :
1. Can I change/ edit my delivery address?
** The Shipping Address can be asked for modification at Contact Us page.
** However, these changes can be made possible only before the order is dispatched from our side as mentioned in your Account’s ORDER STATUS.
2. What are the Delivery Charges?
** Shipping is calculated on the total weight of the items you have added in your cart. Unlike other
** Shopping Website’s models where Shipping charges are incurred per item irrespective of their weight (which may come out to be expensive),
** DesiChain follows weightbased Shipping module where no matter how many quantity and variety you have added in your cart, it will consider its total weight for the delivery process.
** At present, DesiChain has Rs. 50 as shipping charge for every one Kilogram (Kg) of the gross weight of the shipment.
** In case of heavy parcels and Bulk Orders Shipping through Transport is preferred to save our customers money and it may take about 10-15 days to get the products.
3. Which courier company will deliver my order? Is it possible to choose my preferred courier partner?
** Courier logistics partner is selected by DesiChain based on their serviceability and prompt service in a particular Pin Code.
** Yes, you can suggest the name of your preferred delivery courier name in the “Special Notes” option on Shipping Address Page.
** We will try our best to follow them.
4. Are there any hidden costs (Taxes, Octrois etc.) on products sold on DesiChain?
** There are NO hidden costs that you need to pay after you make a purchase on DesiChain.
** The Price on the invoice letter is the final and allinclusive prices.
** Delivery charges are not hidden

5. Why does the delivery time vary for different regions?
** Delivery time is influenced by the product availability, geographical location of your region and the courier partner’s time to deliver.
Orders & Returns :
1. How can I return an item purchased on Desichain?
** Place a return request online conveniently if your product is damaged, tampered, defective, not as described state.
** The product can be replaced only based on valid reasons.
** You can write an email to us within 10 days of the delivery of the product regarding your product returns at: orders AT desichain.in
** Buyer has to bear all expenses for returning. Please ensure that you pack the Order securely and send it back to us through Regular Postal Service or a reliable Courier Service.
** Desichain is not responsible for any kind of in-transit damages, while the product has been shipped by the customer.
** A customer is solely responsible for the damage claim from courier company after he dispatched to us.
2. What all items can I return?
** You can change any sealed product (after a ‘Return-acceptance’ mail from Desichain) that has not been opened and is left as it is.
** Please ensure that the product is in original condition from the packaging to the price tags, labels, freebies, accessories and original packaging.
** However, we don’t allow returns merely on not liking the product as most products are daily consumable product.
** Kindly refer next point for more details.
3. When are returns and refund not possible?
Certain situations wherein it is difficult for the returns/ refund to take place are listed below –
1) If the product is tampered or seal is opened and used.
2) If the return request is made after the specific time frame.
3) If the product is damaged due to use (or normal wear and tear) or product is not in the same condition as you received it. Any negligence on customer’s part is not acceptable.
4) If product is tampered or missing serial numbers in our inspection of the Images/ Videos sent by customer to our Quality Analysts.
5) If anything is missing from the package including price tag, labels, accessories and outer packaging.
6) Food Items and Clothing don’t fall in our return policy.
