1. What are the shipping and payment methods available to me on GreenNGood.com?
1. Online Pre-paid :
** You pay online using credit card/ Debit cards/ Net banking etc.
** Orders are shipped using national couriers.
** You pay shipping along with the order amount via internet.
** No payment is charged at the time of delivery.
2. Cash On Delivery :
** You don’t pay anything online but pay only when you receive the products.

2. Who are your logistics partners?
We only use the best courier services to ship our products to you, so that they reach you fast and safe. Our logistics partners are FedEx, Blue Dart, Overnite Express and First Flight.
3. What are the Shipping & Handling charges at the GreenNGood.com?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 500/-. However, for orders below Rs 500 shipping charges are Rs.40/- per 500 gms. There is no shipping charges charged on COD however, there is a flat COD service fee of Rs.100/-
4. How soon can I expect the ordered product to reach me?
We do our best to process and deliver all orders at the earliest. However, since some of our products are handmade or custom made in remote locations they may take longer. Please allow at least 5-7 working days for the products to be delivered to you, after confirmation of payment.
5. Can I get a product gift wrapped?
Yes, you can get your products gift wrapped. You can also add a custom message for your loved one!
Return Policy :
** you can return any product that you haven’t used within 30 days of receiving it.
** We have a “No questions asked Policy”
** All you need to do us to do is call us and inform us about the product you wish to return and we will guide you on how to send it back to us.
** Please note that uninformed returns will NOT be accepted by us.
** Therefore we request you to please return the product only after you have spoken to our customer service staff and received the guidelines from them.
We will reimburse you in any of the two ways mentioned below :
1. Replace the piece with another piece – in case you have a complaint with the product
2. Refund your money back to you in exchange for the product
3. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store.
What Are The Conditions Under Which I Can Return The Product?
We have a No questions asked return policy and you may return the product for any reason what so ever provided that
1. The product is unused and is in a saleable condition
2. The product still has its tag and label attached and is in its original packaging
3. The product is accompanied with its original invoice
** Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
** It may have been damaged during transit and it is best that you call us immediately to report it to so that we may assist you.
** We strongly recommend that you accept the courier only after you have checked the outer packaging for any damage in transit in front of the courier person.
