Delivery & Shipping Policy :
How will the delivery be done?
** All deliveries are made through our network of highly reputed courier services.
** In Delhi/NCR we have our own logistics network.
** In case of large gadgets which cannot be delivered from our end, will be directly shipped to you from the concerned companies regional warehouse.
** Our representatives will get in touch with you if there is any problem in timely delivery of your item or if your region is not under the service area of any courier service.

How do I know which locations you delivery too? And do you provide Cash on Delivery?
** We are delivering all over India. We cover mostly all Pin Codes on India.

** As for Cash on Delivery, there are some products that have cash on delivery mode of payment available for all locations, and there are some which do not have cash on delivery payment mode in some locations in India.

** Customers are requested to use the Check COD Availability section on product page to ascertain the availability of Cash on Delivery mode of payment for that Product to your Pin Code location. **

Returns & Refunds :
Does EcoTokri.com allow returns?
** Yes, you can return any product that you haven’t used within 21 days of receiving it.
** You need to call us and inform us about the product you wish to return and we will guide you on how to send it back to us.
** Please note that uninformed returns will NOT be accepted by us.
** Therefore we request you to please return the product only after you have spoken to our customer service staff and received the guidelines from them.

** We will replace the piece with another piece – in case you have a complaint with the product or replace the product with the correct product- in case of wrong shipment.
** We will inspect the product once it reaches us, and reserve the right to determine if the product qualifies for replacement.
** Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store.

Within What Time Period Do I Have To Return The Product?
** You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the shipment.
** If we do not receive a call from you within 30 days (including day 30) from the date of receiving the shipment, we will not be able to accept the returned product.

Under what conditions can I return the shipment?
** We have a No questions asked return policy and you may return the product for any reason what-so-ever provided that
** The product is unused and is in a saleable condition
** The product still has its tag and label attached and is in its original packaging
** The product is accompanied with its original invoice

** Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
** If you accept a package that is damaged or tampered with, our return policy and product insurance does not hold.
** We strongly recommend that you accept our courier only after you have checked the contents for any damage in transit in front of the courier person.
