How are the purchased products delivered by HiBiHi?
We are committed to deliver the ordered products to the right customers at the right time. All domestic orders are shipped and delivered through leading courier services, ensuring the buyers an accurate delivery, in good condition, and on right time.
How much days will it take for product delivery?
All the orders are shipped as per the date mentioned in the product pages at the time of order confirmation. In general, the product will be delivered with in 3 to 8 days from the date of order confirmation. However the days may slightly vary depending upon the type of product and the place of delivery.
Can I track my product delivery?
The customer will be provided with the option to track their order online, after it is shipped.
What are the shipping charges or cost involved?
Currently we are offering Free Shipping for some products. For all other products the shipping cost will be as mentioned in the product pages and there will be no additional or hidden charges.
Is there cash on delivery (COD) option in HiBiHi?
As of now we are not providing COD option. We would bring COD option in future.
Returns & Replacement Policy :
What is HiBiHi’s Returns & Replacement policy?
** We assure you that all the products sold on HiBiHi are brand new and 100% genuine.
** HiBiHi will replace the product if in case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’.
** In order to arrange the return for a faulty or defective product, please contact our Customer Care Team by emailing to support AT hibihi.com, within 7 days from the delivery of the product.
** No refunds or replacements will be given if the product has been opened and the product has been used, damaged or tampered with.
** You can write your complaints to support AT hibihi.com mentioning the defect of the product to be replaced.
** We will get in touch with you and the product will be replaced with free of cost on the above and below conditions.
Exceptions to our Return and replacement policy :
The following shall not be eligible either for return or replacement :
** Misused products
** Tampered products
** Electronic products and any other products which comes in sealed condition.
** Once the seal is broken, only way is to approach the nearest customer care centre of the brand
** Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
** Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
