Pricing Policy :
** At The Postbox, we are committed to providing our customers with great quality products at low prices.
** Our products are sold online and through retail.
** We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the Site.
** Please be aware, variations in style, color, size, shape and look may occur.
** If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds section for further assistance.
Return Policy :
** All products at The Postbox are made with utmost care and precision.
** One of our main goals is to bring to you quality through affordability.
** That being said all products can be returned back to The Postbox in exchange for any one of the following reasons.
a.Store credit
b.Complete refund
c.Fresh piece
** A complete refund or a replacement piece along with bearing the courier/reverse pick up charges will be taken into consideration only if it is any of the following cases.
** If the product you have received is chipped, cracked or broken along the rims, bottom or inner surface.
** If the product, within 90 days develops cracks on the outside or the inside of the cup.
** We do expect these cups to last for years but due to prior experiences we’ve made the cut off date 90 days
** If the products are damaged in transit and comes to you broken.
Store credit will be given and courier/reverse pick up charges will NOT be taken care of by The Postbox if it is any of the following case :
** If there are issues with the size of the product.
** If there are issues with the colour of the product.
** If you don’t want the product anymore and have changed your mind.
** If the person you had to gift the product to is not in town.
** If the person you were gifting the product to does not like it.
