Returns/Exchange Process :
1.f you have received the product, it will be eligible for refund only when there are defects in the product like product is broken, damage or it is deteriorate.
2.ince we have borne the shipping charges already so any refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges, and in case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges again.
