Can I buy multiple products in single order?
** Sure you can! Just add all the products you wish to buy onto your shopping bag and then click the “place order” button.
** This way you can save on any additional shipping and COD charges!
Can I ship the products to an address that is different to my billing address?
** Yes, Definitely! You can do this by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship it to as the ‘shipping address’.
Can I leave items in my shopping bag for future purchase?
** Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag, however the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis.
** Hence, there is a possibility that the product may go out of stock or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.
Delivery :
When will I receive my order?
** All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers.
** As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order.
** You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.
What is the estimated delivery timings?

** For any orders below that we charge Rs. 80 flat per order.
Cancellation/Refund :
** Route2shop.com hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product.
** At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances.
** As a first step we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.
** If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
1. If Order has not been shipped yet: Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded entirely to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 days.
2. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped: If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
2a. Order was damaged when received:
** We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package.
2b. Incorrect items received:
** We are proud of the robustness of our fulfilment process and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will ship the right items to you right away and collect the incorrect items from you at your convenience.
