Registration of Complaints
** Complaints Initial Level for lodging complaints Any complaint on the services rendered by the Department and concerning behavior of employees of the Department of Posts may be taken up with the Postmaster / In-charge of the Post Office where the transaction has taken place or Senior Superintendent / Superintendent of Post Offices.

If the complaint is still not settled:
** If the complaint is still not settled, the complainant may approach the Chief Postmaster General of the respective Postal Circle at the following address.
** If you are dissatisfied with the action taken, approach the following Officers in the Postal Directorate, Dak Bhavan, and New Delhi-110116 according to the nature of complaint.

Post office service is zero. I have applied for an account ten days back but it has not opened yet.
I ordered a watch from HMT online on 12/06/2018. HMT Bangalore has shipped my consignment on 16/06/2018 and NSH Shimla received it on 19/06/2018. My tracking ID is EK384187005IN. I have not get my consignment yet, may be I have lost my money. Please help me.
I would like to say that our post office nagrota saurian, tehsil jawali, district kangra , HP-176027 has not giving payments from saving account. They are always saying as there is no cash available for last fifteen days. Why?
I have to pay the school fees of my children. Kindly short out this problem.
