For Fresh Flowers/ Express Deliveries (Same Day Delivery):
** Subject to Clause 1.2 below, onlinecake.in CANNOT commit any fixed/specific time for delivery as mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise.
** Deliveries will be made between 9 am to 7 pm on the given date.
** Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, orders received on any day till 5 p.m. IST will be delivered on same day unless the delivery date is mentioned otherwise.
** The delivery shall be made at the address which are provided on the orders received by onlinecake.in and will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
** The above product will be delivered only in the cities/locations mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.
** The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only ONCE at the address as provided in the order received by onlinecake.in.
** In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by onlinecake.in.
The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:
** Delivery not done due to wrong address.
** Recipient not available.
** Premises locked.
** Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting / not reachable.
** Recipient refused the products.
** Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighborhood.
** The flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and will be hand delivered.
** onlinecake.in will not entertain any complaint for such items after 2 (two) days from the time of delivery.
** No Deliveries will be made on National Holidays.
** The delivery of the same would be done on the next working Day.
** The image displayed in indicative in nature.
** Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
