Delivery Policy :
** We have our delivery vans and delivery boys to deliver the items at the door step so It is hand delivery.
** Our normal delivery hours start from 9am till 9pm
** Same day delivery is available however customer has to take prior confirmation before placing the order on IndianBakers.com for same day delivery.
** Normally for same day delivery you have to order before 1 pm IST.
** Night delivery will be made between 9pm till 11.55pm so carefully fill your delivery date as delivery is till 11.55pm only so date should be previous date of your occasion.
** Sometimes on public holidays or due to strike delivery may not be possible however we run small information link on our website top of the home page.
** In this case Indian Bakers has full rights to reschedule the delivery at the next available date.

Return Policy :
** Order can be cancelled, however customer has to send cancellation request by email only at least two days before delivery date.
** We will take delivery confirmation signature at the time of delivery. by signing this customer is accepted order successfully.
** After that no complaint should be entertain either of you found any defect in the received product or the received product were not the same as ordered.
** If the order will be cancelled by the customer end, in that case only 50 % amount of the product will refunded back to customer.
