Time : Baker’s Basket shops operate from 9.30 AM to 10.30 PM for all days of a week.
Guidelines :
1. Select a cake from Order A Cake Page.
2. Fill the neccessary details with delivery time and date.
3. You can buy bouquet or accessaries with cake.
4. Add it to cart.
5. You can register or login or continue further as guest.
6. Fill the delivery details and billing details.
7. Confirm the order.
8. Make online payment through payment-gateway.
9. You will get the ordered product as per delivery date-time.
Delivery Policy :
1. We do try to deliver well within your mentioned date and time. Though we deliver on the date we promise, the time may vary due to traffic situations and other aspects, beyond our control.
2. Exact Delivery timings are not guaranteed and will be delivered in respected time slot as selected by customer.
3. Area municipal limits of PMC.
4. Delivery Details:
a. Order will be delivered between 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm for the shop delivery.
b. Order will be delivered between 11:00 am to 11:00 pm For home delivery.
5. We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible.
We will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases:
a. Delivery not done due to wrong address.
b. Recipient not available.
c. Premises locked.
d. If not permitted inside the building premises.
e. Wrong Phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working / no reply or not connecting / reachable and delivery is not done.
6. In the above cases no refund will be given. Redelivery charges, if any, will be borne by the user.
7. We will not be responsible for any delay / non-delivery of the order because of flood, fire, wars or for any reason that are beyond our control. For such orders a complete refund will be provided.
8. The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
9. Substitution Policy :- If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address , it may be substituted with next best available flavour , colour , shape , size.
Cancellation Policy :
1. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
2. In case the claim for the refund is accepted for cancellation of order either by the customer or by the company (inability to deliver a product due to company slipup) will be settled at the earliest, as soon as the formal procedure is completed. The time taken for the same will not be more than 5 working days
3. However considering the circumstances of the individual cases the company may deal with each of the incident independently. Though the company reserves the right to use its own discretion
