Shipping Policy

** Any order purchased online will have no shipping charges attached
** For COD purchases, a cash handling charge of Rs. 50/Rs. 100 will be charged on all orders
** For cash on delivery (COD) transactions, payments will be accepted only in cash when the product is delivered
** Partial refunds will not be entertained
** If you return an order delivered to you, COD charges will not be refunded.

** However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on Adishopping.Com Returns Policy
** The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.
** Shipping will be done only in India.
** We dispatch our orders within 10 business days from the order confirmation date. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holiday

Cancellation Policy

** Once you have placed an order with ADIShopping.com,you can call up the Customer Care number at +91 (120) 4637 600 or drop a mail to care AT adishopping.com to cancel the order or modify it within two hour of placing the order.
** If you choose to cancel your order within two hour of placing it with us, you will earn for yourself cash in ADI wallet against the order value.
** After two hour, the order is sent for shipment and cannot be canceled.
** You would then have to initiate a Return.After adhering to our Return & Return Segment policy, you will get cash in ADI wallet against the order value.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following :
** If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
** If you received the product, you can return it immediately and contact Customer Support, informing them of the cancellation.
** If you have accepted the product, it will be eligible for return. Please refer to the Return Section for details on the same.

Refund & Return Policy

ADI Shopping 10 day Refund policy :
** If you are not completely satisfied with the product, ADI Shopping Return & Exchange policy offers you an option to return or exchange a product within 10 days from the date of receipt.
** If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
** In case of return, you will get cash in your ADI wallet for full amount paid.
** The return will be accepted within the return period of the product.
** Please note, in case of multiple products in an order, part refund is not acceptable.
** Refund of the entire order only will be entertained. Refund will be applicable only in case of single product.
** At the time of return, please make sure that product is in its original packaging along with all the accessories and tags intact along with the invoice

Exchange Policy

** We would be happy to exchange your product if you are not satisfied with the color, quality or size for no extra charge.

** You can exchange your order within 10 days from the date of purchase for a different product of the same amount.
** We only ask that you return us the product in its original condition and unused along with the original packaging, tags and accessories (if any).
** You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
** Once the product is received at our warehouse, it goes under a thorough quality check.
** If the product passes the quality check process, the exchange request will be processed.
** Returns, Exchange and Refunds are valid on all the orders.

  • I ordered a JBL xtreme that was on sale. The product I've received has no branding on it, except a 'JBL' sticker on one side which is obviously peeling off, leading me to believe it's an obvious fake. The Phone number listed on their site ends the call on me as soon as I select a language and the customer service section on their page is broken. That is fake brand. I want to return this product but no one reply me about this product. My order number is 51086.

If a defect is determined within the 10-day period following delivery, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.   • It is frustrating to see the delay in response. Its been more than two weeks since product (blue tooth speaker) has been returned to company. I was promised that I will get the refund last week but still waiting for the refund. There is no response on emails as well. I am constrained to take legal steps to recover refund.   • I ordered Bluetooth headset. I did not received it. Costumer number is also not picking. What is the status? This is very bad service.

  • Is this the original site? I am feed up with I ordered headphone. Its 7days now still not getting. It shows transist in order history. Is it a original site or making a fun out here?

  • I have ordered combo headphone bearing id no.#24470 and its already 9 days and its not yet delivered. When I rang up customer care I am informed as they are busy and they don't even reply to my mail too. Feel like customers are being ignored and feel like I am screwing up this online shopping site. I can even trace my order. It simply shows in transist. Feel irritated.
