How much are the delivery charges?
** Sport Layer provides free delivery on all items till January, 1st 2014.
What is the estimated delivery time?
** The estimated time of delivery is 7 days once we receive payment.
Pre order or Forthcoming :
** These items are soon to be released and we prebook your item for you.
** The item will be shipped to you on the day of it’s official release launch.
** The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. Eg- 5th May, August 3rd week.
For Out of Stock items :
** Currently we do not have these products available for sale.
** Please use the “Notify Me” feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at sportlayer.com.
Permanently Discontinued :
** This product is no longer available on Sportlayer because it’s obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued.
** With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you.
** Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
How will the delivery be done?
** We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
** If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your Ordered Products items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
** We will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Cancellations Policy :
** Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order.
** However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
** In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.
** The request will, however, be entertained once our marketing team has checked and determined the same at our own end.
