Processing Time :
** Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
** We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 weeks with the exception of sale periods/ customized orders where it may take up to 3-4 weeks.
** Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date we receive complete payment for the piece/article.
** We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
** We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Shipping Time :
** All International orders are shipped via DHL & all domestic orders are shipped through a reputed logistic company.
** DHL takes 5-7 days to deliver depending on the destination and custom clearances while all domestic orders take 2-3 days.

3. Choose your size & click ADD TO CART again
4. Review the items in your CART with the prices and total amount payable. You can use the “x” icon prefixed at each product to delete items from your Cart.
5. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order and make the payment.
First Time Orders :
** For your security, please be sure to provide your complete details and address along-with your contact number and email id.
** To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card.
Sizing Information :
** Please go through the product details regarding the availability of sizes for various product. You can also look here for our standard measurement details.
** If you are placing a customized order please provide us with your exact body measurements a perfect fitting.
** We would add an ease of 2” to the Piece above the body measurements, if not specified otherwise.

Insurance :
** Aharin insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
** We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
** If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Aharin Web Shop and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Returns & Exchange :
** We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.

** If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund.
