Shipping Policy :
1. Angels Basket provides shipping within India on all products purchased through its website. Currently, we do not ship outside India.
2. Orders above ? 500 are shipped free of cost. However, there is a nominal amount of ? 50 that is being charged if the order is below or equal ? 500.
3. Orders are usually delivered within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
4. We ship orders from Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
5. In order to ensure that your products are delivered to you in good condition and always on time we have tied up with reputed, reliable and trusted courier companies.
6. Each order is shipped only to a single shipping / destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.
7. In order to track the status of the order, customers need to log in to the website with registered credentials. Customers need to select “View Orders” on My Account page. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail mentioning the status of your order (like Ready to Dispatch, Dispatched, Delivered, Closed, etc.).
8. Product detail page on the website has a text box wherein customer’s can enter their pin code to check whether we deliver to that pin code or not. The pin codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your pin code today please come back and check to see if this has changed.
9. We advise our customers to check the condition of the package before accepting the delivery of goods from the courier personnel. If you feel that the packaging is tampered with or damaged please refuse to take the delivery of the package. Immediately inform our customer care support by mentioning your order reference number.
10. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Return :
1. In case you did not like the product(s) or it did not meet your requirement or expectation we will be glad to take it back. However, the customer needs to call us and notify within 48 hours of delivery date.
2. Call us if you have received a damaged or a defective product(s) within 48 hours of delivery date. The replacement is subject to availability of the product(s) in our stock.
3. Exchange can only be done in case of a size mismatch. The replacement is subject to availability of the product(s) in our stock.
4. Customer needs to re-pack the product(s) and courier it to return address mentioned below.
5. Customer needs to pay for the courier / shipping cost.
Refund :
1. In case, the customer was provided with free shipping facility (Orders above INR 500) we will refund 90% of the product cost.
2. In case, the customer was not provided with free shipping facility (Orders below INR 500) we will deduct the actual courier / shipping cost and refund the remaining amount.
3. The amount will be refunded through the same mode of payment as used during the checkout process. If the customer had opted for Cash on Delivery option then refund will be made via a cheque or an online transfer of funds to the customer’s bank account.
4. Refund will be happen within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product(s).
Conditions :
1. The return process of the product(s) will be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product(s).
2. Customers can return, exchange or claim a refund within 14 days of purchase date.
3. Product(s) should be UNUSED.
4. Product(s) should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
5. There are some products that we cannot take back if the company seal while un-packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons.
6. For example – inner wear, feeding bottles, teethers, sippers, etc.
7. Angels Basket reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.
8. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
9. Angels Basket will not be liable for any damage that happens in transit.
