Shipping Policy :
** We understand the occasional urgency to stock up on diapers or replenish your growing children’s wardrobe.
** Our shipping policy is designed to address this very need.
** A shipping charge of INR 50 is charged on all orders amounting to below INR 499. Certain locations may have an additional charge.
** Orders amounting to INR 499 or above (with the use of coupons or other offers), free shipping is provided but is available at selected locations.
** For other locations, an additional shipping charge will be applied.
** Shipping charges may be modified by Lilsta Retail Pvt. Ltd. at any time without prior notice.
** The new charges will reflect on the product page and during checkout.
** You will receive an email with tracking details within 24 hours of placing your order.
** If you do not receive this email, kindly check your spam folder.
** In some cases, tracking may not appear online for another 24 hours.
** We request your patience as all packages go through immense security check by courier companies.
** Our delivery partners will try to deliver the package thrice after which it will be sent back to our warehouse.
** For smooth and hassle-free delivery, please provide your mobile number along with the shipping address.
** Our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement and will arrive at your doorsteps in 3-4 working days.
** Please note, our working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
** Some products weighting more than 2 kilos may take longer to be delivered and this will be displayed on the page of the product.
** You can also alter the date of delivery if necessary.
** Most of our orders are delivered within 7 working days expect in some rare extreme unavoidable circumstances.
Return Policy :
** We understand that your standards for your precious little ones are high and we strive to meet these standards.
** However, in the odd circumstance that you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return the item and we will issue a refund of the amount after debiting the shipping charges.
** The product has to be returned within 30 days of the sale date and in the same condition as you received it.
** Some products can NOT be returned due to hygiene reasons.
This policy is applicable to:
Personal Care: Diapers, wipes, nappies and inner wear
Food & Nursing Products :
** Breast pads, nipple shields, bottles, nipples, teats and cups.
** Grooming and Skin Care Products
** Oral Care Products
** The return policy is applicable on all other products.For returning Clothes (excluding inner wear) and Footwear the must be filed within 30 days from the delivery date.
** Request for return of other products must be filed within 7 days from delivery date.
** If any or all of the products in the order were placed with the use of a coupon or an offer, the coupon code or offer will no longer be applicable on the order.
** The discount or benefit of the coupon or offer will also not be included in the refund.
** Call or write to our Customer Service Centre to place a return request. We will send a representative to pick up the package.
** After receipt and inspection of the package, we will refund the amount to you via the same mode of payment used while purchasing the product.
** We reserve the right to deny your request in case the product package is opened up or looks used.
** In the rare circumstance that we cannot pick up the product from your location, all you have to do is courier it back to us on the address mentioned in your invoice.
** To return a product, simply place it back in the packaging and the original box you received it in.
** The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and have all original tags intact.
** It must be sent back in the original packaging along with all its parts and must be inclusive of freebies (if any).
** The original copy of the invoice must also be returned. The products must be properly packaged during the return to maintain the quality of the product.
** On receiving your package, we will reimburse the return shipping charges up to 10% of the product price or INR 100, whichever is lower.
** To enable us to identify and track your package, please do send us the name of the courier company and the tracking number.
** If you choose to cancel your order before the product has been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund. In the case that the product has already been shipped, the same policy mentioned above is applicable.
