How to shop
Step1 :
1. Add goods to shopping bag
** Browse or search for the style you wish to purchase.
** Choose colour and size and add style to shopping bag.
** The item will be added to the shopping bag which will be visible in the top right corner.
2. Edit shopping bag :
** You can add, edit, or delete styles in your shopping bag at any time during the shopping process.
** You simply have to click “edit” or “remove” next to the style you wish to edit or remove.
** To add/reduce quantities, select the number you wish to purchase under quantity.
** When you have the correct items in your shopping bag, click “Proceed to checkout”.
3. Checkout and pay :
** You will now have to fill out information on your name, address, e-mail address and payment information.
** Prior to finalizing the order, you will be presented with a window summarizing your choices.
** If you have any changes to the order before submitting it, you may change it by clicking “Edit bag”.
** If you can accept the order, please click “Continue”. At this point, the order will be submitted to Bestseller Handels B.V.
4. Order confirmation :
** Bestseller Handels B.V. will send an order receipt per e-mail immediately after receiving the order – please note that this order receipt is not an order confirmation.
** Bestseller Handels B.V. will send an order confirmation to you per e-mail when the order has been accepted by Bestseller Handels B.V. and the shipment is underway.

Delivery Information
How long for my delivery to arrive?
Our endeavour is to get your order to you in the shortest possible time. Our standard deliveries take 4-7 days from the date of order confirmation.
What are the shipping costs?
At present we do not charge you any shipping fees. We’re offering ‘Free Shipping’ across all orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email and/or SMS which will include a unique tracking number that you can use to track your parcel. You can also go to ‘My Account’ at the top of the site.
Do I have to pay any other taxes and/or fees?
All taxes and other fees/charges are included in the price of the order.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
For security reasons, we unfortunately, cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order before it gets shipped.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
No. You can easily place an order without having to think about a minimum order amount.
Can I exchange an item?
** Yes. We offer a ‘no questions asked’ return & exchange policy.
** If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order or a part of your order for a full refund of the total paid price.
** All you need to do is give us a call on 022-61705706 or drop an email at help AT veromoda.in 30 days, from the date of order.
** Return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a sellable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition along with their original receipt of purchase.
** Refund or replacement for merchandise is subject to inspection and checking at our end.
** Some special rules for promotional offers may override VERO MODA’s 30 Day Returns Policy.
