Return policy :
** You will have to contact our customer care within 30 days of receiving the product.
** When you call our care for the return, you can choose to mail the product to us directly or request for a ‘return with courier collection’ in which case the bill for the courier will be presented to you at the time of pickup.
** Once the returned product reaches our warehouse it will be subject to inspection to approve the return.
** Please understand that we will not be able to approve return of products that have been opened or damaged due to usage or wear and tear.
** Products that involve installation are not eligible for return once the product has been installed.
** The returns policy is not applicable on Flowers/Gifts/Consumables like Foods/Beverages.
** All good must be in original condition and Not Opened.
** As you can understand, any product once opened cannot be resold and the vendor cannot bear this loss.
Replacement policy :
** If any product ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered,
** we have a “No Questions Asked” replacement policy for upto 7 days from the day of delivery.
** Please contact our customer care immediately to return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a replacement.
The following are the steps:
** Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner
** Please contact customer care immediately if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged or if the wrong product was delivered.
Refunds policy :
** We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
** If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque.
** Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
** The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) at our warehouse.
** Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD,
** it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
