Shipping & Delivery :
** Shipping is free on all orders above Rs. 750. There is a Rs. 50 surcharge on all orders below Rs. 750.
** We offer a post-paid Cash On Delivery service in select cities/towns.
** A Rs. 50 convenience charge is applicable, should you select COD as a payment method.

** All orders are shipped within 2 working days by reputed courier companies who provide express shipping.

Easy Exchange :
** To be eligible for exchange or return, the products should not be used, washed or dirty.
** The product must also be in its original undamaged PrettySecrets box with all tags attached.
** Panties, Shapewear and Accessories are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons.
** Replacement products will be typically shipped within 4 working days of receiving the returned products.
Refunds :
** Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days and will reflect back in your account in 7-10 working days.
** For orders placed using Cash on Delivery as the payment method, refunds can be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT).
** NEFT refunds will be be credited to your account in 3-4 business days.
