Delivery Options :
** Choose to have your order delivered to your address or use our complimentary Click + Collect service.
** Deliveries take place between 9am – 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
** You will receive a tracking link on your dispatch email allowing you to monitor the progress of your order.

** 3-5 working days (metro cities), 6-12 working days (other cities)
** Shipping within India is FREE ,when you order for ? 799/- or more.
** Charges of ? 50/- are applicable for orders below ? 799/-

Express Delivery :
** 24 hrs Choose Express Shipping option & we guarantee next working day delivery for your shopping.
** Available for deliveries in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad , Ahmedabad and Chandigarh only.
** Shipping Charges of ? 199/- are applicable.

Click + collect :
** Launching soon Order online and choose to collect your item(s) at your nearest Kapkids store, free of charge.

Returning Your Order :
** We hope you will be delighted with your order.
** However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’ve made sure our returns process is as quick and easy as possible and free to use.
** You can return the purchase within 30 days.

How To Return Your Order :
** Not 100% satisfied? We’ll be happy to offer you a refund within 30 days.
** All you need to do is give us a call on +91 9243214500 or drop an email at customersupport AT kapkids.in within a period of 30 days, from the date of order.
** Before you return your item(s) please make sure that they’re unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with all labels, tags or hygiene seals still attached.

Refunds & Cancellations :
** In case of returns, we will refund the amount you paid for the products as store credits into your Kapkids account.
** If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
** However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
** Under normal circumstances, your order is processed and prepared for dispatch immediately.
** Hence, you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order, if it has already been processed for dispatch.
** In this instance, you would have to return your order once you’ve received it, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Exchanges :
** You can exchange an item purchased from Kapkids for a new size or receipt of a defective item, for no extra charge.
** If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product,we suggest that you return the original bought item to obtain a Store Credit and purchase the new item separately.

** However, all exchange requests will be subject to stock availability if you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you.

How to shop :
1. Select your item :
** Once you have found the product you wish to purchase, please select the color, size and quantity you would like and click ‘BUY NOW’

2. Proceed to check out :
** Check the items purchased. Here you can also edit your purchases by clicking on update cart.
** You can also fill in any promo codes or gift card codes before clicking on ‘CHECKOUT NOW’

3. Enter your details :
** If you are an existing customer, you will be prompted to login at this stage.
** If you do not remember your password, click ‘forgotten your password?’ and follow the instructions provided.
** If you are a new customer, you can choose to check out as a guest or register and then continue or log in through Facebook.

** If you do choose to create an account, you will be able to proceed through checkout faster during your next order, track the status of your order(s), and store your addresses and personal details for future purchases.

4. Billing & Shipping information :
** If logged in as a guest, you would need to fill in your billing & shipping information.
** If already logged in, you will be redirected to the next step
