Shipping & Delivery :
** At OnlyUrs.com, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner.
** We deliver to most of the Cities and town within India.

Processing & Delivery Time: (7-14days delivery Guarantee)
1. Preparing Time: we need normally 3-5 working days to prepare your order and upto 7Days for few products.
2. All orders are shipped door-to-door. Normally your order will arrive within 7-12 business days.
3. We do not ship on Sundays and Public holidays.
4. We have noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays if there are public holidays, so please take this into consideration.
5. Before we can ship your order, OnlyUrs has to prepare your products, do strict quality-control check and carefully package the items.
6. If you need the item urgently within 2-3days, please note: we cannot deliver within 5days.

** OnlyUrs offer free shipping across India for items orders above Rs 1000/-, depending on the items/mode of delivery,we also offer free shipping for orders below Rs 1000/- as well.
** Any additional charges will be automatically calculated when you check out.
** For logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to few place

Cash On Delivery :
** Cash on Delivery (COD), facility available to all Major Cities of India.
** Please check COD availabilty in your delivery address by entering your Pincode from Product Page.
Note :
** for COD you need to Pay an Extra Charge of Rs 150/- Per Order/Shipment NOT per item.
** We pay extra charges for the COD service to the Shipping Company.
** We accept COD value upto Rs 8000/-; if your order value is more than INR8000/- You need to pay by Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking/NEFT/Direct Deposit or any other mode.
** Please do not confirm orders on Cash On Delivery and Refused to accept the Shipment on Delivery will be blacklisted immediately and have no COD orders accepted in the future.

Cancellation :
** We do NOT accept Exchange or Returns for any reason which is wrongly placed by you.
** However, for any order wrongly placed or you want to modify, please contact our customer service or email Contact AT OnlyUrs.com immediately within 24hrs of placing your order.

Return, Exchange & Refund :
** We’re sorry your order didn’t work out, so let us make things right.
** First, read through our Returns Policy, then get the ball rollin’ on your online return.

Return/Exchange Considerations :
** Please note that having a Returns Policy such as ours is expensive for both parties (for us – import charges, duty & taxes, shipping charges, etc. / for you – shipping and handling, lost time, etc.).
** The only way we can continue this policy is to keep misusing such as buying products “just to see”, or to “try out” to a complete minimum.
Please note: We do not have a reverse pickup facility.

Option 1. Free Returns & Exchanges Policy :
** We accept returns request FREE of cost only for the following reasons – 1. Wrong items 2. Defective items.
** In this case, we only offer exchanges for the same item replace the returned items free of cost with the same size, color/pattern.
** We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items in this case.
** Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer and it will be credited to original shipping invoice or max of Rs100/- to store credit for later use.

Option 2 : Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern?
** You may request to exchange for size, color/pattern but with the following conditions.

** The cost of returning an item is the buyer’s responsibility and additional charges of flat Rs300/- charged per items will be deducted from Net Invoice value of the product and balance amount must be pay Online using your debit or credit card before we ship your exchange item.

** We will send you sms/link to make the payment.
** Additional information on how to make the payment, please contact our customer service.

** to avoid any hassle of replacing size and charges, please check the measurement carefullly before placing the order.

Option 3 : Not completely satisfied, exchange with another item?
** In the unlikely event that any item you have ordered from us doesn’t go well with you or item delivered is different from what you had expected-
** If you would like to exchange with any item, additional charges of flat Rs400/- charged per item will be deducted from your total refund to store credit.
** On receipt of the return product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the new item.
