Shipping Policy :
** We are committing to deliver your order accurately as ordered, in good condition, and always on time as mentioned in our website.
** We offer FREE Shipping to all orders above Rs 500 on all days, did we mention 365 Days.
** We charge Rs 50 flat as delivery charges if the order is below Rs 500
** We will do our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 24 hours of the order.
** However in some cases, we might take a longer time to deliver the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers.
** We ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest and in decent condition.
** However, If you believe that the products is not in decent condition, or if the packaging is tinkered with or scratchedbefore accepting delivery of the goods, please rejectthe delivery of the package, Please mention your order number for reference.

** We deliver in the following 2 slots.
** 1st Delivery slot – 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM.
** 2nd Delivery slot –5.00 PM to 9.00 PM.

Return Policy :
** Products can only be exchanged if the Products returned are deemed by Punexpress to be faulty.
** All Products should be unworn and unused and should be returned with the complete original packaging
** Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
** In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
** In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.
** Exchange or return will be done at delivery place only.
** We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Debit Card, we will refund your money in the Credit Card or Debit account. If the payment mode was COD (Cash on Delivery), we will send you the cash on the delivery address.
** The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed on the next day, but in case of payments by Credit card or Debit it may take a few extra days for the bank to process your refund.
