Q.How do I make a payment for a Apna Store purchase?
A. We accept Cash at the time of delivery. Once you receive the order, please check all products. After you are satisfied that the products delivered are correct, you make payment in cash to our delivery executives. Please note that we do not accept food coupons.
Q.Does Apna Store support Credit/ Debit cards?
A. Currently, we do not support Credit/ Debit cards. However, we are working on adding Net Banking, Credit and Debit Card options very soon.
Q.Is there a credit policy for subscription?
A. Apna Store does not offer a credit policy for subscriptions. Payments for your orders has to be made on the respective day of delivery.
Back Cancellation and Return :
Q.What is Apna Store replacement policy?
A. We follow a “no questions asked replacement guarantee” at delivery point. At the time of delivery, if you find any discrepancies in your order or product damages, our delivery executives will take back the damaged product and adjust the order value accordingly.
However, if you miss checking your order at the time of delivery and later find a damaged product, please contact our customer care within 48 hours. The damaged product will be taken back and a replacement will be delivered to you immediately.
Q. Till when can I cancel/ modify an order on Apna Store?
A. Apna Store closes the receipt of orders and modification of orders on 4 p.m. of every day for same day
Q. Are there any cancellation charges?
A. We totally respect your choices and do not charge you for any cancellation before the order is packed. We do hope that you would give us a chance to serve you soon.

Q. How are the Apna Store orders delivered?
A. All Apna Store orders are packed in baskets before delivery. Food products are packed separately from household products. We have our own logistics network to deliver the orders to your doorstep.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. We charge a minimal convenience charge of Rs 30 for delivery. We have a minimum order value of INR 300 for an order delivery.
Q. Do i need to register before I start shopping?
A. No, It’s not necessary to register before you start shopping. You can just add items to your cart button and start shopping.

Q. What is Account Activation Key?
A.when customer place any order and fill address details and Mobile number, he automatically gets a Activation Key on the given mobile number. Customer needs to enter this key to verify his mobile number. However we are still working on this,and will be started very soon..!!!
Q.Is it necessary to verify mobile no. before placing any order every time?
A. No, this is one time activity. Once you are registered on apnastore.in, you can place order without any verification.
Q.Can I shop like a guest user?
A. Yes you can,but at last your registration will be required .
