Return And Refund Policy :
1) How do I return an item purchased in GrocyShop?
** Incase if you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the grocery items delivered in GrocyShop, please feel free to send an email to orders AT grocyshop.com.
** Your grievance will be addressed within 24 hours. One of our associates will get in touch with you for feedback.
** You can either opt for refund or replacement of the item
Note :
** The timeframe for return an item is within 48 hours for non perishable items and within 12 hours for perishable items.
** Please make sure that the item is unpacked and in original condition.
Hassle-free Returns :
** We try our best to offer you a hassle-free returns experience.
** We do returns/replacements free of cost.
** In case of Refunds, the entire amount paid by you for shipping and the product will be transferred to your account or paid as cash on pickup
** We strive to ease the pickup process for you in case of returns.
** In most of the cases we deliver the replacement while we do the pickup.
Exceptions :
Following are the exception scenarios :
** We do not support return or refund outside the specified time frame – time of delivery for non perishable items and within 24 hours for perishable items
** We do not take returns on products that are damaged because of unprecedented events after delivery
** Packed items that are tampered and missing serial or QR code or Bar code(Applies to packed items only)
** Items damaged by force majeure after the delivery
2) What items can be replaced?
All items, both perishable and non perishable can be replaced but within their specific timelines.
3) How long will it take for replacement of my grocery?
You items will be replaced within 24-48 hours after the grievance request is raised. We usually replace the product during the time of pickup. Incase if we fail to replace your item due to any unforeseen events, we guarantee to refund your amount either as cash or through online refund.
4) Do I return the free gift which came as part of the product?
Yes the free gift item that came as a part of the product should be returned incase of replacement or refund.
Note :
** Please make sure that the free gift unadulterated, unused and not damaged.
** Incase of any of those scenarios, the customers would be charged for free item.
5) How long will it take for the refund?
** We provide a hassle- free refund/replacement to make sure the customers are satisfied with our service.
** If the customer has purchased the items by means of online payment, the amount will be refunded to their account (subjected to the third party timeline and banking norms, it might take atleast 7 working days for the amount to be refunded to the online account and incase of such exceptions, we will refund the amount as hot cash.).
** If the customer has opted for cash refund, then he/she will get the payment within 24-48 hours on the pickup of the defect item.
6) How long will it take for the replacement?
