Delivery Details :
** At present, we deliver all across Mumbai between 11 AM – 11 PM and Monday – Saturday,
** Orders Placed on Sunday/Public Holiday will be delivered on next working day.
** We provide free delivery on all orders above Rs 399. Order below Rs 399 are chargeable at Rs. 35 per Order/delivery
** We require minimum order of Rs. 200
Cancellation Policy :
** Customer can call customer service no and cancel order prior to confirmation, once order is confirmed and processed it can’t be cancelled.
** However, if there are changes in the delivery time you mentioned earlier in your order or need to add more products, you need to call us.
Return & Refunds :
** We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product.
** We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to your order value.

You can register by clicking on the “Login” link at the top right corner of the homepage its free and easy!. Just provide the information in the form that appears and submit the registration information.
2. What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on Onlinesabjiwala.com using the following modes of payment –
a. Cash on delivery.
b. Paytm wallet.
3. Where do I enter the coupon code?
Once you are done selecting your products click on “Go to Cart”. On the Cart page there is a box where you can enter any e-voucher / coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.
4. When will I receive my order?
Once you are done adding your products to your cart and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot and you place order. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and time slot selected by you. If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this happens sometimes due to unforeseen situations) we will update you.
5. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online or by calling our customer care no, before the cut off time of your slot (1 pm for evening slots and 6 am for morning slots) .Your entire order amount will be refunded.Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped/cut off time over/product delivered to you.
