Shipping and Returns :
Domestic Shipping:
** HomeEkart Retail allows free shipping to customers based on certain criteria such as minimum purchase value in kart.
** This criteria is subject to change based on management decision and the same information will be updated on the site as and when updated.
** Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
** Normally orders placed before 1 pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
** The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses.
** Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
** Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.
** For shipments delivered outside Ahmedabad, the customer’s city or state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item.
** These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
** Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government.
** We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.
** In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Cancellation of Order by User :
** Cancellation of order within 6 hours without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges
** After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History.
** Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order.
** For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.
In case of Perishable Goods :
** In case if a customer wants to cancel the order for a perishable products, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them.
In case of Gift Certificate :
** Gift Certificate will not be cancelled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.
Cancellation of Order by HomeEkart.com :
** HomeEkart.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason.
** This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received.
** The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
** If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User
** (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by HomeEkart.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
Replacement/ Return Policy by HomeEkart.com :
In 7 days except the following:
1. Products perishable in nature
2. Gift Certificates
3. Items that have been used or opened
4. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
5. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
6. Items sourced or delivered outside India.
Our Return Policy :
** Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase and must not be part of above list
** There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
** In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
** In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither HomeEkart.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.
Refund Policy :
** Credit Card, or Net-Banking payments will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days in the same Card or Bank account. It may also vary depending on the customers bank and payment gateway provider.
** Payments made via Cheque, Cash and DD will be refunded through NEFT transfer within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your NEFT details.
** In case of EMI transactions, the refund shall happen within 15 working days from the date of refund request.
** Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
** For returns, the refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).
