Where All Do We Ship?
We offer free shipping above Rs.1200 within India on most of our products.In case a special order does not qualify for free shipping in India, it is mentioned under the delivery tab for that particular product. The shipping rates applicable would be indicated at the time of checkout.
Please note : Currently, furniture shipping & delivery is done only in Mumbai & Goa.
Delivery Time :
** Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 4-10 working days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
Does Furniture Takes Longer Time To Be Delivered?
Furniture orders often take longer to arrive due to the logistics of shipping larger pieces. We will always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. For furniture deliveries we will try our best to deliver on a mutually convenient day. After you have made your order, our courier will contact you directly with available time slots – so there’s no staying in all day wondering when we’re going to arrive.
Delivery Of Products :
We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. Goods need to be signed for, upon delivery. For damaged or incorrect delivery see refund section.
Shipping & Handling Rates :
** Freedom Tree is happy to ship for Free above Rs.800!
** Currently furniture shipping & delivery will be done in only Mumbai & Goa.
** However, shipping and handling rates may vary on special orders, where other considerations apply. For this information, get in touch with us.
** Special item delivery is by appointment. The carrier will contact you a few days prior to arrival and arrange a 2 – 4 hour window to deliver the items.
** Most items which are door delivered, requiring minimal installations.
** Furniture products requiring detailed assembly will be managed by Freedom Tree.

** However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipment of the product has been initiated.
What Is Freedom Tree’S Return & Exchange Policy?
We would love for you to like our products. In case there is a doubt, Freedom Tree’s return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. All refund/ replacement requests are to be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
Damaged Delivery :
** Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit.
** You can decline to accept such an order and report us on the same within 24 hours at askft AT freedomtreedesign.com or +91-22-24984443 (Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm IST or +5:30GMT).
** The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same.
Incorrect Delivery :
