Delivery Charges :
** jeywin.com provides free delivery on orders amount at Rs.1000 or more.
** Otherwise Rs.150 is charged for delivery order
Delivery Time :
** We ship the items within the time specified on the web page.
** Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
** Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product’s availability with the seller, and could vary from each seller offering the product.
In Stock :
** For items listed as “In Stock”, sellers will mention the delivery time as 2-4 business days (in areas where standard courier service is available).
** For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
Out of Stock :
** Currently, the item is not available for sale.
** It means, sellers will mention the delivery time as 6-10 business days.

Cancellation of orders by Customer :
** Customer can cancel the orders before it is shipped. You can place a request for cancellation using your e-mail id .
** 100% payment shall be refunded within 6-9 working days and the User shall be informed of the same by the Helpdesk.
Replacement :
** We ensure that items delivered to the customers are in perfect condition.
However, there is a remote possibility that:
** Books may be damaged during transit.
** Wrong Book is delivered to you.
** In only such cases as given above, we will replace the Book(s) at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement of item is made within 7 working days of placing the order on our website.
** No replacements will be allowed for orders, except for the reasons given above.
** To get a replacement, email us at customercare AT kidsezone.com with your Order Number and the reason.
** Only after receiving our confirmation for the replacement, you are requested to send the Books.
** We will then arrange for the replacement through our logistics partner.
** We shall not be responsible for any Book replacement without our confirmation.
** There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement Books.
