Turn around :
** All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the ordered time. Products will be delivered with in 4 working days from the ordered date.

Order Tracking :
** We will send you tracking number to your registered mobile number and email address. You can always track it from your account.
Shipping Rates :
** We do not charge any shipment fee on LivaStar. It is free and it will be free.

Refund Policy :
** Refund request would be accepted with in 7 days of delivery .
** Product that you return should not be washed , altered , soiled. Product should be returned by the customer with original packing labels & tags.
** For refund eligible products – Once the item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check.
** Typically the refund process is initiated within 2 days of Quality Check. Expected refund resolution time-line is 14-21 days post Quality Check.
** If the payment is made online mode the amount would be credited on to the original mode of payment, and if you’ve opted for cash on delivery services once we get product to our ware house our customer executives will contact you via email or telephonic call to take your Banking details and initiate the refund.
