Shipping Policy

** We offer free shipping for any product which is valued for Rs. 500 and above.
** For products below Rs. 500.00 there is a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 30 per item charged.
** All products are shipped within 2 days of order placement and we try to deliver the same in 3-7 days post shipment.
** There can be a delay of 1-2 days for some shipments which is in interior.
** There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on TogoFogo. List prices are final and all-inclusive.
** The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
** Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending shipping policy.

Return Policy :

** If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 3 days as follows

Warranty :

** and you can mail us too on help AT togofogo.com , put a return-request and get refund maximum within 15 days,
** If your order is prepaid so refund will be done within 10days .
** Items must be in original condition with original packaging and accessories.

Refunds

** We will refund the money only through Cheque / DD. Cheque/DD will be sent only to the billing address of the customer and only in the name of the customer the invoice was made for.
** The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).
** Typically refunds are processed in less than 30 working days after product is received but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account-after you deposit the cheque.

      If you want to return/replace a product on Togofogo, please follow these steps:
      1. Create a return/replacement request to our customer care number 9650002107. You can replace the product bought on Togofogo within 3-days of delivery.
      2. Login to your Togofogo Account and go to MY ORDERS section.
      3. Select the item you wish to replace and click on the Return/Replace link against the order.
      4. Choose return/replacement option and fill in the required details.
      5. Once the return/replacement request is created, we will ensure that it is processed as soon as possible.
