** All items purchased on UrbanRation are delivered by UrbanRation through its own staff.
** Presently UrbanRation ships its products to locations within Goa state.
** We ship on all days including Sundays and Public Holidays.

Returns & Replacements :
** We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product.
** We will take the returned product back with us and issue a ‘store credit’ for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on urbanration.com.
** This ‘store credit’ can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions :
** UrbanRation presently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) and Credit Card on Delivery (CCOD) payment options.
** This amount needs to be paid at the time of delivery to our delivery person who is delivering the goods to you.
** Please note that only cash in Indian currency (INR) is accepted and neither cash in any other currency nor payment through any other instrument like cheque or demand draft or pay-order is accepted by us.
** Any orders placed on UrbanRation using your Account UrbanRation makes you liable to pay the amount at the time of delivery.
** If you refuse to do so, we may suspend/terminate your Account and refuse to service any further orders.
** UrbanRation has no hidden fees or charges. We offer free delivery if the order value is Rs. 1000/- or more.
** If the order value is less than Rs.1000/- you will be charged an additional Rs. 50/- for delivery.
** The prices listed for all items are final and inclusive of all taxes.
** The prices listed on our products are exactly what you are charged.

** You can view your order detials of all current and past orders from your My Account Dashboard.
** You have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information.
