  • I had been ordered a shoe which has looking so beautiful but when I received that am so exited to see that and when I saw that am upset because which I had shown not like that product delivered to us and there is no any customer service no to take care of the customer.

  • Had a worst experience. I ordered two dresses. Today I received parcel. After delivery man left my place its really horrible when I found only one dress instead of two. I already paid for two piece of dresses. They don't have any working no. too and they didn't revert back of mail. I really don't know what to do now?

    This provides very bad product. I have ordered my choice product but they send me a wrong product and when am calling to customer care for correction of my product then customer care no shows incorrect..

  • I find many complains from customers regarding return/refund or exchange. But my experience says Royzez is one of the best market places online to rely on. My first order was returned & exchanged too easily. The only problem is with the Customer Care phone no's. which never get connected. Otherwise good quality products. Discount coupons not working. Size chart for clothing doesn't work. Please take care of customers for the problems faced placing orders.

    Order no ord41493 and order date 10 may 2016
    I have already done online payment but my order did not received till date.

  • My order no is ORD33322 for Women Anarkali Suit which was received on 18-20 January 2016. I spoke with customer care person for suit material is not good, they said to return it. So,I returned the suit on 21/1/2016. But they did not give my refund. Now approx 15 days completed. After that nobody responding my calls. Several time I make a call to your customer center but no reply also.

  • The worst online shopping site ever. Sunglasses which I ordered is not the same i got. After that royzez is not responding my refund or exchange request. Please dont ever shop from royzez.

  • I returned 2 jeans. But they did not give my refund. Now approx 2 months completed. Don't deal with royzez.com.

    • What is the time duration, I'll get my refund on the product I returned?
      Once we receive your products back to our Delhi warehouse, the quality team will check the product(s) returned, for the fulfillment of our return norms. We will process your refunds within the 07 working days from the date of the receipt of your returned product(s).

      In any case the returned product(s) does not qualify on the basis of the return norms, then our team will get back to you.

    • How do you get your money back? Do they just put the amount back on your card? When I was processing my refund I didn't have the option to click the refund request button. It just had tech support?
