** For an order of Rs 500 and more, the order will be delivered free of cost to your registered address on a prepaid order.
** For an order of Rs 499 and less, a shipping charge will be applicable depending on the region.
** The entire order amount (including shipping charges) will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your desired location.
** Shipping charges will not be refunded if you cancel only a part of your order.
** Original shipping charges will not be refunded if you return an order already delivered to you. If you ship the product(s) (you wish to return) yourself, the shipping charges will be reimbursed based on Oxolloxo’s Return policy.
Cash on Delivery policy :
** Cash on Delivery order is placed only when verified by Oxolloxo’s Customer Assistance team via mail/telephone.
** To avail of Cash on Delivery service, please make sure that all the products placed in your cart are applicable for Cash on Delivery.
** Cash on Delivery is only applicable on a minimum purchase of Rs 300 and maximum of Rs 5,000.
** The pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in Oxolloxo’s serviceable area. If not, an online order must be placed.
** Please do not open the product package without making the payment at the time of delivery.
** If the product package is already open or damaged in any condition at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order.
** Promo Code for Cash back will be generated in 3-4 weeks after receiving the payment made at the time of delivery. This could be done only after the payment receipt is confirmed.
** No credit/debit cards will be accepted in Cash on Delivery.
