Returns & Replacements

How do I place a return request?
To return a product, please visit hopscotch.in/my/account/orders

You can return products purchased from us within 15 days of receiving the product, except for our non-returnable items.
** Tap the ‘Return Button’ under the ‘Account->orders’ section of the App/Website/Mobile site.
** Keep the item ready for pick-up or ship it to us basis the return mode.
** The return button takes 24 hours to get activated after the order is delivered.

** We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
** If pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.
** If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet.

** The product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags must be intact.
** Once your product has been approved by our quality staff, we will credit your refund to the source you selected at the time of return initiation.

How long will it take me to receive the bank refund of the returned product?
** After we have received the returned items and they have successfully passed our quality check, we initiate your refund process.

** We take 3 business days from the date of receipt of the items to initiate NEFT transfer and 5 to 7 days for refund into your Credit/Debit/Netbanking account.
** In case of any refund discrepancies, we request you to share a screenshot of your bank statement with us.

Why am I unable to place a return request from the app/website?
** Personal use items such as swimwear, innerwear and jewellery, as well as food items can’t be returned.
** Items on ‘final sale’ are also not eligible for returns.

Can items be returned after the time mentioned in the return policy?
All return requests must be received within 15 days of delivery.
