Shipping & Delivery :
** Redlily has partnered with reputed courier companies to ensure prompt delivery of customer orders.
** The shipment time mentioned against each product is the estimated time by which patrons can expect product deliveries.
** Shipment time depends on the shipping methods selected while ordering products
** (e.g. Premium Shipping or Free Shipping) and the mode (surface/air-transit) used to ship the product.
** Please note that shipping to Metros and Tier-2 cities would be considerably sooner than shipping to Tier-3 cities and remote parts of the country.
** Redlily offers deliveries across a vast expanse of pin-codes throughout the length and breadth of the country.
** We deliver products in all metro cities through premium shipping service within 2-4 working business days of order placement, while non-premium shipments are delivered within 4-7 working business days after order placement.
** For rural areas, shipping speed is between 5-14 business days. At present, we have a serviceable network of 7,375 pin-codes covered under the CoD service, and are rapidly ramping up our delivery network to bring the remaining 8,082 pin-codes under the CoD serviceable network.

Returns, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policy :
** At Redlily.com customers enjoy a 30 days return policy, effective from the date of delivery.
** However, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, once they have been delivered.
** You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Redlily.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
** Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
** Like for Mobiles and electronics, the return policy allows customers to return within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
** However, diapers do not qualify for returns/exchanges for hygienic reasons.
** And for all other products it is within 30 days from the date of delivery.
** When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item and how the item was purchased.

Note:
** Personal care products like breast pumps, feeding bottles etc.
** must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.
