Max Protein Shipping Policy
** All the domestic orders placed through the website are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post within 5 working days of order confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed upon at time of order confirmation.
** Naturell India Pvt Ltd. (NIPL) ensures timely handover of the consignment to the courier company within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of order confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
** NIPL shall not be liable for any delay caused in the delivery and such delay, if arises, shall be attributed to courier company.
** Please note that NIPL shall in no way be responsible for any damage occurring to the product in course of transit to the buyer.
** Customers will receive auto-generated, timely emails for all order related queries. Delivery of all orders will be only made to the registered address as mentioned by the buyer.
** NIPL uses Techprocess Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.
** Currently, NIPL ships products within the Indian territory. International Shipments are currently unavailable.
Max Protein Cancellation Policy
Naturell India believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
** Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
** In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please raise a complaint within 3 days of receiving the product. We will verify the claims at our end and send a new batch of product against it.
** In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Naturell India Return Refund Policy
** Naturell India Pvt. Ltd. (NIPL) works diligently at providing highest quality products and services to their customers. However, in case of complaints arising on the account of dissatisfactory quality or defect in the product, customers can request grievance redressal at esales[AT]naturellindia.com.
** The request of replacement/refund must be accompanied with the proof of purchase, i.e., electronic or non-electronic bills. Keeping in account the particulars of the case, NIPL shall initiate a refund or replacement for the product.
** Please note that request for such return or refund must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
Order Processing :
** All orders are dispatched within 3 days of placement of order.
** All orders are delivered within 10 days of order dispatch or in accordance with the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order placement.
** In case of inconsistency with the product, customers must request replacement or refund within 5 days of receiving the product.
** On the receipt of the customer’s query, the NIPL team looks into the case particulars and initiates the redressal process.
** Customers shall not be charged for replacement costs/return expenses provided.
Refund and Exchange Procedure :
** On the receipt of the returned products, NIPL shall initiate the refund in the form of cheque/electronic transfer (in case of online payment), in the name of customer as provided a the time or order placement.
** The Cheque shall be sent to by courier on the same address as mentioned in the order details.
** All refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned products.
** All communication, in such case, shall be duly made via email.
** In case of exchange, the customer shall be provided with a replacement of equal value.
Max Protein Cash on Delivery Terms & Conditions
Purchases made via Cash on Delivery (COD) on maxprotein.in & ritebite.in (the “Site”) are subject to the Cash on Delivery Terms & Conditions mentioned below. Please note that the Cash on Delivery Terms & Conditions are separate from and in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Site.
** The payment option of Cash on Delivery is only available for products sold by maxprotein.in and ritebite.in
** Cash on Delivery is available only on orders above Rs 499/-.
** An additional fee of Rs 50/- shall be charged on orders placed via Cash on Delivery.
** For orders made via Cash on Delivery, a telephonic confirmation shall be taken with the customer on the same.
** COD is available only on certain serviceable pin codes.
** The order payment must be made on the receipt of the order and before signing the delivery sheet. Once the payment for such delivery is fulfilled, the package can be opened and inspected by the customer.
** Products sold by COD are open to a replacement, return or refund after a thorough inspection of the case by the NIPL team.
** In case of refund for products ordered via COD, the additional charge of Rs 50/-shall not be refunded.
** Payment of the older made via COD must only be made in cash. Any other payment methods including Cheque/Demand Draft (DD), store credit or E-voucher shall not be accepted in lieu of cash payment.
** In the event of the order being proven to be undeliverable (where the carrier has made reasonable attempts to deliver the parcel, but it is either refused or no delivery can be made), the customer account shall be evaluated and may be barred from placing further COD orders.
** NIPL reserves the right to modify the Cash on Delivery Terms & Conditions at any time.
** Any legal disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
