Trueview Shipping Policy

** This Shipping Policy outlines terms and conditions of shipping and related services provided by Warner Electronic India Private Limited. This Shipping Policy should be read along with Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy Notice of WEIPL’s website.
** This Shipping Policy shall only apply to any customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”, “You” or “Yours”) that places an order of products purchased through our website and delivered by Us.
** In case of products purchased from a third-party platform, their terms and conditions and policies shall apply.

Shipping Time :
** All orders are processed within a maximum of 7 business days of confirmation of the order. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
** From the point the order is dispatched, We strive to deliver the order within 10 working days, depending on the geography. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
** If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your order, We will inform You of the delay immediately and work to get Your consignment to You as soon as possible.
** WEIPL via its delivery partners will deliver to the recipient at the address indicated at the time of checkout, or to someone other than the person or entity named at the time of checkout having apparent authority to accept the shipment in the name and on behalf of the recipient.
** There is no obligation to deliver a shipment to the recipient personally and the delivery partner may deliver to someone other than the person named at the time of checkout.

Payment/Cash on Delivery :
** Cash on Delivery service is available on Our website. WEIPL will be able to ship the consignment on a pre-paid and post-paid basis via the best alternative options available.
** You can also place an order on Our website using various payment methods available on the checkout place.

Trueview Return & Refund Policy

Returns :
** You may return unused and unopened Products within 3 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Returned Products must be in their original, unused, and damaged conditions.
** All original packaging materials, including manuals, warranty cards, and any product inserts, must be included with the returned item.
** We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, installed, or damaged due to misuse or improper handling. However, in case of defective/dead product, you may refer to our DOA Policy available at here.
** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at care[AT]trueview.co.in or phone at +91 9766208080 within 3 days of receiving your product Our customer service representative will provide you instructions on how to return the product.
** Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all product inserts and manuals. Once a return is initiated, We will provide return authorization receipt on Your registered email address.
** Ship the return package to the address provided by Our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds :
** Once we receive Your returned product and verify that it meets the conditions outlined in this policy, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
** Please note that it may take additional time for Your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
** We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any Product that is not returned in accordance with these terms of this Shipping Policy.

Trueview Warranty Policy

Customer must follow the below procedure to claim warranty.
Contact the authorised service centre:
** The Customer should contact the centralized helpline numbers or Company’s nearest authorised service centre in order to claim warranty. After due verification, the authorised Company personnel will check the product remotely/physically to determine the nature of defect and coverage of the warranty to the defect.
** The decision of the authorised Company personnel on nature of defect and coverage of this warranty to the defect shall be final and binding on Customer.
** Upon agreement on defect and coverage by warranty, the authorized personnel may elect to repair or replace the product. The customer needs to send the product on the address suggested by the authorised Company personnel.
** If product is out of warranty period, or if the nature of defect is such that it is not covered in this policy, then the Customer will have to bear the cost of repair and replacement (including service fee).
** Customer is advised to check with the authorised personnel regarding the cost estimation of same beforehand.

Dead on Arrival (“DOA”) products: In case of DOA products, Customer is requested to contact Company service centre or authorized vendor (seller) for replacement within 7 days of purchase.

Evidence of defect:
Where products are deemed faulty on delivery, photographic evidence of the damage should be submitted to Company via email before the product will be repaired or replaced in accordance with these terms.

Key condition of repair or replacement of defective part:
** The Company reserves the right to repair the defective part of the product, or replace the product or relevant part (hardware only) with the same or equivalent product or part at its sole discretion.
** The replaced product may differ from the defective product in size and specifications, as per the availability with the Company.
** The Company or its Authorized Service Center reserves the right to retain any part/s or component replaced at its discretion. Where a warranty is provided, the product or part replaced becomes the property of the Company.
** While the Company will make every effort to carry out repairs or replacement at the earliest, it however is made expressly clear that the Company is under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.

Customer to pay full charges if product not found defective:
The Company may seek reimbursement of any costs incurred by it where the product is found to be in good working order, or when it has been determined that the Warranty Policy does not apply.

Repairs beyond warranty period
:
Even after the expiry of the warranty period for a product, the Customer is free to approach Company’s authorised service centres for repairs of any defect in the product on paid basis. An good-faith estimate of charges will be informed to the Customer prior to repair.
